All the orders must be done via online,  through the online Shop.

Yes, the prices of the products already include VAT.

NOTE: The prices are subject to change according to the changes of the foreign exchange market.

In order for us to guarantee the delivering of all the orders, clients must pay 100% of the amount in advance, via banking transfer.

The payments must be done using our Bank Details, included in the billing, which is automatically generated by the system.

In case you cannot make the payment via banking transfer, you can make a banking deposit. After that, you must send us the evidence of the payment to our email addresses: loja@indika.cc / loja.indika@gmail.com.

Note 1: for security reasons, we will not accept payments in cash.

Note 2: when you are about to make the payment, please always include the Order number, which comes in your billing details.

All the orders, after the payment, will be delivered within 15 to 20 days. In case there is any delay, the clients will be informed.

Maputo City

Monday to Thursdays – from 5pm to 7pm

Fridays – from 2:30pm to 7pm

Saturdays & Sundays – from 11am to 5pm

Matola & out of Maputo City

Saturdays & Sundays – from 11am to 5pm

Delivery cost – 500MT (to be paid additionally to the order’s payment).

Provinces:

Deliveries via “Portador Diário” or any other means defined by the customer.

Delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

The products offered by Loja INDIKA online are manufactured in Mozambique, Europe, South Africa & Nepal.

At the moment, Loja INDIKA is an online shop and all the articles are available in the online platform, with all the information: price, characteristics, size, material, color.

The purchase code can be found in the billing details, as soon as you generate the bill, after choosing all the products you want to purchase. it will come right on the top of the billing document, with the name “Code XXXX”.

In the moment of the delivery, we check together with the client if the order is accordingly to what was requested and if all the products are in good conditions.

In case some product is damaged, we proceed with any of the following procedures, according to client’s preference:

• the replacement of the product, within 30 days, on our own cost;
• reimbursement of 100% of the product’s cost, within 30 days.

In case the Client is not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, we proceed with the reimbursement of 100% of the cost, within 30 days.
