Anxiety, allergy to insect stings, tiredness, insomnia, poor circulation, hypotension

Respiratory problems: asthma, bronchitis, cough, catarrh and colds, choking, sinusitis and colds in general;
Stomach problems: Poor digestion, gastric irritation, flatulence, colitis, sickness, nausea.
Method of preparation:
Two teaspoons of lavender fresh leaves in 1 liter of mineral water. Boil water and add the lavender leaves. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Strain the tea and drink.
The recommended dosage is 3 to 4 times per day, but, if you have tendency to drowsiness, take fewer cups (2 to 3 cups during the day will be sufficient).
